notice_summary_english: The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of equipment and fittings as part of the implementation of the project titled: "Improvement of the operational efficiency, availability and quality of highly specialized services in the Provincial Hospital in Kielce" for the needs of the Cardiac Surgery Clinic, Cardiac Surgery Clinic and Cardiology Clinic, i.e.:
1) Cell saver autotransfusion device – 1 set.
2) Extracorporeal blood oxygenation (ECMO) device – 1 set.
3) Extracorporeal circulation devices (ECC pump) with a heating and cooling device and a system for monitoring patient's blood parameters - 1 set.
4) Hemoperfusion device – 1 set. 
5) Defibrillator - 1 set.
6) Vital functions monitor – 1 set.
7) Medical couch with adjustable support on wheels - 1 set. 
8) System for recording and analysis, ECG holter - 1 set.
9) Echocardiography device for basic cardiological diagnostics - 1 set. 
The equipment should be brand new, not for exhibition, not for demonstration purposes.
A detailed description of the subject of the order and the quantity is specified in Annexes No. 2.1-2.9 to the SWZ, respectively, to Package No. 1-9.
Information on the principles of delivery, guarantee and remuneration is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - draft provisions of the public procurement contract.
The Ordering Party reserves the right to appropriately modify the draft provisions of the public procurement contract in the event that one contractor is awarded a public contract for more than one task in this procedure.
The subject of the order must meet the requirements of the "Do No Significant Harm" (DNSH) principle, in accordance with Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of 18 June 2020. This rule applies in connection with the financing of the contract under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO).
