The Contracting Of The Service Aims To Cover The Coverage Of Emergency Accommodation For People And/Or Families In A Situation Of Residential Exclusion Derived From The Social Services Or The Housing Service Of The Ajuntament D'Esplugues De Llobregat, By Contracting The Services Of An External Intermediary Operator For The Contracting Of Rooms And/Or Separate Hotels In Hospitality Establishments (Hotels, Hostels, Pensions Or Hostels). Esplugues De Llobregat Town Council Must Contract This Service Because It Does Not Have Sufficient Means To Provide It With The Technical Characteristics And Human Resources Required.
