The Object Of This Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works And The Supply Of Equipment For The New Theatre-Auditorium In Mont-Roig Del Camp. The Qualification Of The Contract Complies With The Provisions Of Art. 34.2 Of The Lcsp, According To Which: "Benefits Corresponding To Different Contracts May Only Be Merged In A Mixed Contract When These Benefits Are Directly Linked To Each Other And Maintain Complementary Relationships That Require Their Consideration And Treatment As A Functional Unit Aimed At Satisfying A Certain Need Or Achieving An Institutional Purpose Specific To The Contracting Entity".
