(a) A firm with at least 5 years’ Experience in mass communication/public relations and advertising at an international level (b) At least 10 years of experience doing media content placement in top tier international media outlets (c) Experience working in both Anglophone and Francophone Africa (d) Owning a well-structured company website showing experience and exploits/achievements. (e) Proof of company/corporate registration with well stated physical global locations. (f) Experience working with international organizations, such as the UN, and World Bank on similar assignment is an added advantage. (g) Minimum of two contactable references for services provided to international institutions within the last three years
