The Physical Object Of The Framework Agreement Is The Supply Of The Items Of Personal Protection Required To Meet The Needs Of The Services Of The Municipality Of Athens, Through The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement, As Detailed In The Annexes: A' "Technical Report-Technical Specifications" And B" "Writing Of Obligations" Of The Declaration, In The Context Of The Application Of The Provisions Of Article 42 Of Law 3850/2010, According To Which The Employer Is Obliged To Ensure The Health And Safety Of Employees In All Aspects Of The Work And To Take Measures To Ensure The Health And Safety Of Third Parties And The Following, Monitoring Of Supply, Services Deemed Necessary For The Correct And Timely Implementation, Due To The Wide Spread Of Distribution Points, The Large Volume Of Items Supplied And The Number Of Final Beneficiary Employees.
The Contractor'S Contractual Obligations Are Those Mentioned In Article 1.3.1.A And In Appendices A' "Technical Report-Technical Specifications" And B" "Specifications" Of The Tender.
