The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Regulation Of The Integral Service Of Marking The Beaches Of The Municipality Of Blanes, Which Consists Of: A) Development Of The Bathing Area Of The Coast, On The Beaches Treumal, Sant Francesc (Cala Bona), Punta Santa Anna, Blanes And S'Abanell, To Separate The Areas Of Free Maritime Navigation From The Reserved Areas Of The Bids And The Place Of The Municipality With The Bids Of The Municipality With The Bids Of The Municipality With The Bids. B) Dead Of 3 Public Access Channels. C) The Installation/Maintenance/Removal Of 10 Life Lines (Ropes Of Boiarins To Facilitate The Swimmers The Entrance/Exit Of The Water). D) The Installation/Maintenance/Removal Of Buoys With Light And 2 Lines Of Life For The Exceptional Signaling For The International Fireworks Contest Of The Costa Brava. The Contract Will Include All The Material, Actions And Resources Necessary For The Supply, Installation, Maintenance, Removal, Cleaning And Storage Of The Appropriate Material For Fulfilling The Objectives Of The Contract. The Contractor Must Request All The Permits And All The Necessary Authorizations To Execute The Service. The Application For All These Authorizations And Permits Will Be Borne And Will Be The Responsibility Of The Successful Bidder. To Carry Out The Maritime Signaling Service, The Successful Bidder Will Have To Have Professional Divers With The Qualification And Certificates Required By The Generalitat De Catalunya. All The Boats Used By The Adjudicating Company For The Provision Of The Services Must Have The Authorization Of Maritime Captaincy And Other Permits Required By Current Legislation.
