The EDB and the Russian Export Centre to support supplies of Russian solar panels to Kazakhstan
The Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) and the Russian Export Centre (REC) in cooperation with Eximbank of Russia made an official announcement at the 14thAnnual International Conference on Eurasian Economic Integration on 29 November about having entered into an individual credit agreement to support the supply of Russian high-tech photovoltaic solar panels under an export contract between Hevel (Russia) and KB Enterprises (Kazakhstan).

The export contract financed by this credit is part of a turnkey project to construct a solar power plant in Akmola Region, Kazakhstan. The credit agreement will be insured by EXIAR.
